Returns & Refund Policy

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please email us first to receive return approval and instructions. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns

If your item is faulty or damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with:

  • Photos/videos of the outer box, packaging, and product
  • A detailed description of the issue

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or pre-ordered items
  • Discounted or promotional products

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 1 business day after return approval and inspection.

  1. Email us within the return window
  2. Receive confirmation and return label (if eligible)
  3. Send the item back in secure packaging
  4. Refund processed after item is received and inspected
