Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
We accept the following payment methods:

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping is only available within Australia. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Shipping information, estimated delivery timeframes, and fees are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $180. For orders under $180, a flat rate of $20 applies. Bulk items (as marked) will incur shipping fees calculated at checkout.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Returns for change of mind must be requested within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us for return approval before sending anything back. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped at the customer’s cost. A 20% restocking fee applies. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 1 business day upon return approval.
We do not accept returns on:
• Discounted or promotional items
• Custom-made or pre-ordered products
In cases of damaged or faulty items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos or videos of:
• The outer shipping box
• Inner product packaging
• The damaged item(s)
Claims outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution. Full return & refund procedures are detailed in our Returns Policy.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Items purchased with discount codes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of NSW.
